COVID-19 cleaning charge
£13 will be added to all booking charges to help offset the cost of the extra cleaning required between hirers due to the COVID-19 situation.

A refundable deposit is payable at the discretion of the booking secretary. If serving alcohol, please read the Additional Conditions of Hire below. A Licence application, at the end of the Hire Agreement, must be completed if alcohol is sold. All breakages must be paid for and the kitchen left as you found it.
Minchinhampton Market House is licenced for public use under the Premises Act 2003

Check the facilities meet your requirements. Please see our Home Page and/or visit the Market House yourself. If visiting, you will need to agree an access time with the Bookings Secretary (Contact Details).
Please read the following documents for details of hire. These are also available to view in the ‘Health & Safety’ file held in the kitchen at the Market House:
A HIRE AGREEMENT FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Send, email to [email protected] or hand the form to our Bookings Secretary. Once your booking is agreed, it will be put on our website calendar. Please check the booking is correct.
You should allow time for setting up and cleaning up afterwards.
Hirers are asked to leave the Market House as they would wish to find it. Thank you
