From Stroud, Nailsworth and the West:
- Drive up from the valley on to the Common at Tom Longs Post, where all the roads meet.
- Take the Cirencester Road.
- At the BlueBoys, where the Common ends, turn right – signposted Minchinhampton.
- Down this road and through the narrows at the bottom.
- You are in the Market Square with the Market House immediately in front of you.
From Cirencester and the East:
- Take the Cirencester Road to Minchinhampton, over the cattle grid.
- The first cross roads at the BlueBoys, where the Common starts, turn left – signposted Minchinhampton.
- Down this road and through the narrows at the bottom.
- You are in the Market Square with the Market House immediately in front of you.
From Tetbury or Avening:
- Take the Minchinhampton road out of Avening.
- At Gatcombe, take the left fork signed Minchinhampton Centre Only.
- At the cross-roads in the centre of Minchinhampton, turn right into the High Street.
- The Market House is on the right hand side in the Market Square by the War Memorial.
Parking:
The Market House does not have its own parking. Best place to park is Bell Lane, the road from the War Memorial that runs between the Crown Inn and the Church. At the top end, following the Church wall, there is a car-park by the Common. Parking on the street immediately by the Market House or in the small car-park behind the Market House at the bottom of Friday Street is sometimes possible – however these tend to fill very quickly.
